His impressive resume of more than 20 years of experience in senior-level executive positions make him a true pioneer in real estate marketing and technology.

With more than 20 years of experience in marketing and sales for numerous well-known brands, Mike Duffy is a true leader in building the brand as United Country’s president. Mike is focused on bringing new and added-value services to affiliates across the nation. He is also seen as the face of United Country, visiting offices and developing close relationships with brokers and agents.

As the chief operating and technology officer, David Dickey and his team have developed the highest-ranked real estate internet marketing system with more than three million visitors per month. With years of upper senior management experience in technology, David provides advanced, innovative technology solutions to United Country affiliates.

For Jason Cole, United Country’s success is in numbers. As the chief financial officer, he oversees all of the audits, company expenses and keeps track of all of our affiliates’ financial success. Jason brings more than 12 years of finance and accounting experience from corporations like Walmart and Kansas City Southern Railroad.

Shawn Terrel brings a wealth of auction experience and insight to our executive management team. Shawn has more than 25 years of auction management and professional bid calling experience in the industry. He is a former Board of Director for the National Auctioneers Association and a past Chairman and President of the Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association. Shawn has been crowned a Champion Auctioneer in multiple states during his career, and is recognized as one of the industry’s authorities on conducting auctions.

As the executive vice president of sales, Richard Thompson actively recruits, trains and manages the franchise sales team by creating and executing strategic sales plans. Richard brings decades of real estate-specific and sales experience to United Country as a prior real estate office owner and sales associate. He has also completed more than 1,000 hours of real estate coursework.

Ashley strives to bring growth to United Country’s marketing initiatives by leading the national marketing department with extensive marketing and advertising expertise. She has widespread knowledge of brand development, digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, print and online advertising, public relations, marketing collateral development and more.

Tracy Hall sits on the Senior Leadership Team representing the Affiliate Services Department in strategic planning, program management, program enhancements and team leadership to provide better services to UC affiliates and customers. Tracy brings significant experience in operations management and is a great asset to our company.

Jim Nowak is continuously focused on improving the quality of life for our affiliates and web users alike. After working with Hewlett Packard as a business analyst for 13 years, with experience in web development database administration and coding, he’s now part of the United Country Real Estate technology team.

Jihan Chesher brings more than a decade of experience with design concepts, advertising and branding for local and national campaigns to United Country as the art director. Jihan works closely with the creative team to produce new and innovative ways to enhance the overall look and style of all marketing materials for United Country and our affiliates nationwide.

Chase is the Recruitment Marketing Coordinator who manages the agent and office recruitment efforts companywide. He is the point of contact for all recruiting marketing collateral, website enhancements, and connecting new agents to existing UC offices.

Kayla is a Marketing Coordinator, managing our extensive print advertising. She also assist in our nationwide event marketing, digital marketing, and social media campaigns.

Jeb is a Marketing Coordinator specializing in third-party website management/advertising. Jeb is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications cum laude.

Ryan is a content manager who has worked in various marketing, communications and publishing roles over the years, focusing on writing, editing and content strategy. Most recently, he worked for Lenexa, Kan.-based Grantham University. Before that, he spent almost 14 years with Vance Publishing Corporation, Lenexa.

Natalia is a Copywriter for United Country’s National Marketing Department. She proofs and writes copy for advertisements, websites and anything else you can think of. She is also running the UC Tiktok, so make sure you give it a follow.

Sofia has over ten years of experience in advertising and marketing at the national and international levels. She has a broad knowledge of branding, managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, and digital and print media advertising. As the Marketing Director of EMS, Sofia leads the team initiatives to provide the strategic solutions United Country franchises need to market their local brands, auctions, and lifestyle properties. Prior to joining United Country, she led advertising teams for Payless ShoeSource across 20+ countries in Latin America. She has also worked with other known brands like Takis USA, NFL Films, and FC Dallas.

She received her Bachelor's Degree from UT El Paso and her Master's degree in Emerging Media from UT Dallas.

With more than 15 years of experience in graphic design, Angela Searcy leads the Enhanced Marketing Solutions (EMS) creative design team. Angela’s expertise allows her to develop high-impact designs at a fast pace. Her award-winning work has provided creative solutions with proven results to hundreds of United Country affiliates across the U.S.

Jimmie Dean Coffey brings more than 30 years of auction and real estate experience to United Country as the director of business development. Conducting more than 75 auctions each year, Jimmie Dean has become a well-known name in the auction industry nationwide. His experience and impact makes him successful at acquiring new franchise owners.

As executive assistant for United Country Auction Services, Trina Turner serves as President Shawn Terrel’s right hand by assisting the auction team with the development, maintenance and marketing of auction tools and resources. Trina uses her 14 years of experience in sales and project management to bring a fresh and unique perspective to auction projects.

With more than 10 years of IT experience and his VMWare certification, Mitchell Carey is our go-to technology guru. As the director of infrastructure, he oversees the data infrastructure for both United and United Country Real Estate.

As the technology trainer and manager, Tonja Woodward is a vital asset to United Country affiliates new and old. With more than 9 years at United Country, Tonja uses her organizational and technology skills to provide technical support, lead company-wide webinars, assist with on-boarding new affiliates and create programs for technology tools.

Amy Hoffman’s more than 10 years of administrative and technology experience allow her to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to United Country affiliates. As a web developer, Amy builds and maintains office websites, provides listing support and assists with search engine optimization.

With years of experience as a real estate agent and broker, Donna is a valuable asset to the program services team as the on-boarding manager. She utilizes her hands-on real estate and quality assurance experience to welcome and assist new affiliates to the United Country family.

As program services administrator, Amy is part of the team handling customer care and affiliate services. She also processes new leads and helps connect customers to the office that can best help in their search to find the perfect property. In addition, Amy ensures that all contact information in our system is up to date for offices nationwide.

Immersed in the real estate industry for the past four years, Hope has worked closely with agents, auctioneers, title companies, and brokerages all over the country. With a Business Administration degree from The University of Kansas, Hope offers our franchisees support on all marketing and administration needs. Joining United Country Real Estate in May of 2021, Hope has enjoyed her time working with numerous offices around the country and looks forward to assisting more!

As the corporate controller, Patrick Barrett brings advanced technical accounting skills and a vast knowledge of financial accounting to the United Country team. He also uses his experience in staff management to oversee the accounting teams for both United Country and United Real Estate

Ashly Frenzl brings an extensive background in public accounting experience to the United Country team as the senior staff accountant. As a licensed CPA, Ashly assists the chief financial officer and controller with financial statement preparation and reporting while also working with franchise offices to ensure they are in compliance as well as assisting with pending and closed sales.

Jordan Bishop has been with United Country since 2018 and currently is an Account Manager and Field Auditor for affiliate franchises. Jordan works in the corporate accounting department and conducts office reviews at UC offices nationally.

As a broker and owner herself, Melissa Clark is able to guide new affiliates to success by offering first-hand experience of the ins and outs of running a United Country office. As a business consultant, Melissa covers 14 states in the western United States and is an expert in mountain, vacation, golf and ranch real estate.

Nora is a business consultant for United Country Real Estate with a demonstrated history of working in the Internet industry. She uses her extensive experience in technology, SEO, marketing, sales, training, and business development to help offices in the Midwest region expand and meet their business goals.

In 2001 Nate began his career in Real Estate as a licensed Real Estate Agent. As his career progressed in 2005 he earned his Broker Licenses in the State of Minnesota. Later in 2005 Mr. Ryan joined United Country as Regional Vice President and later would become a Senior Trainer. United Country honored Nate in 2008 with a Holcomb Award. In the time since then Nate has left United Country and then came back home in 2020. He now works as a Business Consultant.

Christa has been a part of her family’s real estate business since high school; immersed within the real estate and auction industries for years, and a part of United Country Real Estate since 2009. Through her many years of first-hand experience and knowledge as an agent, auction manager, office owner, admin and marketing coordinator, Christa is able to help guide offices, brokers, agents and auctioneers through running a successful United Country Business.

As a tenured agricultural marketing professional, Jim Jones brings decades of experience to United Country as a new area vice president. He works in the states of Kentucky, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska and Wisconsin to identify new offices and talented agents and auctioneers.

As a regional vice president, Angie Gallaher assists in maximizing growth of offices while providing technology support and selling franchises. Angie is an owner/broker of her own office in Imboden, Ark., and continuously ranks among the top offices in the nation in sales volume and innovative marketing strategies.

As an area vice president of sales, Tom Panattoni covers the eastern region of the United States. He is a tenured real estate marketing professional with more than 24 years of experience in the industry. Tom is also a licensed real estate broker and has a passion for identifying potential markets for franchise opportunities.

Ross Busch brings decades of real estate marketing experience to the national sales team. His history of success and passion for non-urban real estate makes him a great fit to United Country. He will focus on recruiting franchise offices, agents and auctioneers in Washington, Oregon and Alaska.

Travis Wofford brings a strong knowledge and expertise in ranches, hunting property, land and proven business strategy to the national sales team. He will play a critical role in increasing the United Country footprint by identifying qualified franchise offices, agents and auctioneers in Texas, Colorado, Montana and Wyoming.

By utilizing his hands on experience in operating a top-ranking United Country Real Estate office in California, Tim is able to share the United Country platform and build a team of office owners in the region. He has been very involved in real estate development and negotiations for many years, has extensive experience in marketing, management and customer service, high level business planning and finance, and is an excellent resource for real estate brokers and agents alike.

As an Area Vice President with United Country, John “Mike” Duffy brings extensive experience in new business development. His role is to expand the footprint of United Country by identifying potential markets to open a United Country franchise. He focuses on bringing on new brokers and agents that fit the United Country lifestyle.

Jessica Barnard, is our legal expert and directs all legal matters for the company. She leverages 28-years of experience, including nine years of service in the U.S. Navy spent with the JAG Corp. Areas of experience include criminal law, environmental law, intellectual property, and corporate governance. Jessica holds a Master's in Law from California Southern School of Law.

Linda Richardson has spent more than 30 years keeping United Country on the legal straight and narrow as the administrative assistant for the legal department. In her role, Linda works directly with the outside franchise attorney to prepare franchise agreements, contract changes and updates to franchise disclosure documents.

Sheri Kimlinger has worked in real estate for many years, as a real estate agent herself while living in Indiana, and assisting two brokerages in Indiana and Kansas City who were in need of administrative assistance and design projects. Sheri loves computers and is quick and learning new technology. She is endlessly curious and eager to learn. Sheri is a self-taught web designer and has designed and operated her own profitable DIY website for the past 7 years. She shares tutorials on woodworking projects, crafts, crochet, interior decorating, and more! Sheri works hard helping businesses improve and expand through consistent social media marketing, efficient document processing, website design, search engine optimization, organization of files, and client relations. She understands the parameters of social media marketing and stays up to date on new updates. She truly knows the needs of agents, having been one herself, and finds satisfaction in helping agents become more efficient and successful. She is excited to be working as a Virtual Office Assistant to help offices throughout the country with their administrative needs. Sheri has lived in 9 U.S. states throughout her life, including Minnesota, Utah, Oregon, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Indiana. She has finally settled in the Kansas City area and absolutely loves this city! Exploring the Kansas City metro area with her four children is one of her favorite things to do. She also enjoys sports, walking trails, reading, and video gaming in her spare time.

Eva, new to Kansas City, brings 15 years of admin expertise to rural real estate as a Virtual Office Assistant. Her unique blend of admin skills and social media marketing experience sets her apart. As a seasoned influencer, Eva has collaborated with major brands, earning a blue check verification. Proficient in photography, videography, and trend analysis, she aims to apply her successful strategies to the rural real estate market.Outside work, Eva enjoys cooking award-winning dishes, volunteers at the humane society, and upcycles thrift store clothing. Her goal is to bring a fresh perspective to the rural real estate scene.

Malina Barber-Regier was born and raised in Salina, KS, and in 2014, she made the move to Manhattan, KS to study journalism and mass communications at Kansas State University. Having a life-long interest in and knack for written and verbal communication, as well as a love for the uprising social media platforms, it made her decision to pursue this degree a no-brainer.

Malina wrapped up her collegiate career in the summer of 2018. Instead of immediately jumping into the job force, she packed her bags and moved to Queensland, Australia on a year-long working holiday visa. Within the 12 months of overseas residency, in addition to six weeks of European travel, Malina took a deep dive into the lives and cultures of many different individuals around the world, as well as finally putting her many years of Spanish to good use.

In her various roles since settling back into life in America, she's gained experience with social media management, website construction, SEO, email marketing and much more. Malina has a passion for effective communication and helping businesses grow.
