March 29, 2021 (KANSAS CITY, Mo.) – Franchise Business Review announced that United Country Real Estate is in the top 200 for overall franchise satisfaction in the publication’s annual Franchise Satisfaction Survey. This is the 12th consecutive year United Country was named a Top Franchise.

March 21, 2022 (KANSAS CITY, Mo.) – United Country Real Estate affiliates raised more than $50,000 during a live auction at their annual Training and Awards Convention on March 11. The company is pledging $25,000 of that to aid the people of Ukraine while the rest will be donated to The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Marine Mammal Center and the Remember-A-Vet Wreath Project.

With inventory continuing to be at record lows in 2021, a new trend is developing in the real estate market, new home construction. Building permits have hit the highest they’ve been since 2006 and are up 22 percent from a year ago.
