Real Estate to be sold by the PVA boundary. Boundary is believed to be accurate, but buyer to satisfy themselves. Real Estate will be sold subject to seller confirmation.
10% down due day of sale on the Real Estate with the balance due in 30 days or less
All Equipment and Personal property sold AS IS WHERE IS with NO warranty expressed or implied.
Equipment to be paid for in full with CASH, GOOD CHECK, or CREDIT CARD prior to being moved from the sale location.
6% KY Sales Tax will be collected on Equipment and Personal Property if buyer is NOT Farm Exempt
10% Buyers Premium added to all winning bids to determine final purchase price.
