I live in Petersburg, Illinois the heart of central Illinois farm country. My wife and 3 kids live on our 400 acre farm where we enjoy hunting, fishing, and various outdoor activities. My passion for the outdoors has led me to being an occasional hunter on Dominate Bucks TV, and Whitetail Slam TV. Being aired on the Outdoor Channel and Sportsman Channel. My knowledge of recreational properties doesn’t stop at the property level. I can assist all my clients in farm management, financing, appraisal services, 1031 exchange properties, and many other services.
I’ve specialized in selling row crop farms and recreational hunting properties for over 10 years. Before I became an agent I was a both an active buyer and seller of farm and recreational real estate. I was a principle in buying and selling over 3000 acres of both farmland and recreational property. This experience allows me to understand the emotions from both parties of the transaction. During that time, I saw the need for an experienced Real Estate Professional specializing in farmland and recreational properties.
I have represented buyers and sellers in transactions ranging from just a few thousand dollars to large tracts exceeding 10 million dollars. During my 12 years as a licensed broker I have closed well over 80 million dollars in transactions.
