Shane is a native of St Charles County, Missouri. At the age of 4 his family moved to New Melle, Missouri. It was at a young age being raised in a small community that he began to understand the importance of FAMILY. His Father constantly reminded him to live his life with 2 values that would eventually become his core foundation for life. Those 2 values are: 1) “Always treat other people how you want to be treated” and 2) “Always keep the love of Jesus in your heart.” Shane contributes these 2 core values to his success in his personal life with his wife and 2 kids, as well as to his real estate career.
In 1999 he graduated from Lindenwood University with a Business Degree with an emphasis in Management. It was this same year that Shane began his career in commercial real estate.
Along with honesty & integrity; his knowledge, experience and understanding of real estate is what has allowed him to excel in this industry. Clients enjoy working with Shane because of his ability to listen to their needs, his ability to pay attention to detail and his high level of customer service.
Shane joins the United Country Team as a committed and passionate real estate professional. He brings with him 16 years commercial real estate experience with a diverse background as he’s represented Buyers, Sellers, Landlords & Tenants in every area of the industry. He was previously with two of the largest Brokerage, Development & Construction Companies in St Charles County. He had the privilege of being trained by some of the most talented real estate brokers in the industry. While with these companies Shane developed a strong background in land, retail development and investment properties. His proven track record is supported by successfully assisting a National Client with 22 Build-to-Suits and the sale of $25 plus million dollars in single tenant NNN investment properties. His past responsibilities include but are not limited to the following; sale contract & lease negotiations for land, farm, agricultural, recreational, office, retail, industrial & investment properties, assisting clients with selection, analysis and acquisition of sites for expansion or restructuring. Shane is recognized as a key component and leader that will assist United Country with their business development and growth strategies as they continue to grow and expand.
